Critique will involve us evaluate characters, settings, and plots to see if they genuinely reflect the experiences and voices they claim to represent. Structure & Organization: Analyzing the overall structure of your piece to ensure it flows logically and effectively engages readers. Character Development: Providing feedback on character arcs, motivations, and authenticity to create relatable and compelling characters. Dialogue & Voice: Assessing dialogue for naturalness, consistency, and contribution to character development, alongside helping to refine your unique voice as a writer. Pacing & Tension: Offering insights on the pacing of your story, ensuring that tension builds effectively and keeps readers invested. Clarity & Style: Helping to enhance the clarity of your prose while refining your writing style to resonate with your intended audience. How It Works 1.
